Not only were you my DJ....you were the person who calmed me down when stress was overtaking me...you jumped into the role as an MC when my guests needed direction in getting into the food line, to even emptying my garbages ( which of course you were not expected to do).

Cancer relay in St. Thomas at St. Joseph's High School Track

"I would like to take this opportunity to say a Big "THANK YOU!!" to the committee of the Relay for Life Event for 2009 ... as a participant I would like to comment on a job "WELL DONE!!" ... I also would like to comment on the music supplied this year... I especially appreciated the efforts of A & M Sounds ... I (and I have heard many positive comments from our team members as well) found the music to be energetic, upbeat, current and right-on-target! (Vince Domenichini was the disc-jockey for this event) I would also like to voice a further comment .....
 
"Music, in any situation, can have a huge impact on the "feeling", of any event... whether it's motivating... soothing... calming... but, in all situations, the music can "make" or "break" the overall feeling or mood of an event... We (speaking on behalf of myself & comments voiced to me..)   felt that the music supplied by A & M Sounds was upbeat, motivating, and kept us "moving" for the event... "Adrian was awesome to work with!  We wanted our guests to have an amazing evening and we knew music played a big part in making that happen.  It was evident to us that Adrian was an experienced and professional DJ - I don't think the dance floor was lacking dancers at any part of the evening - he knew what to play and when to play it!
We also have to give Adrian credit for his very prompt responses to our questions in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding day... I'm sure any couple who is planning a wedding would agree that speedy responses are key to a good vendor!  We would recommend Adrian to any couple who wants to give their guests a great party at their reception!"

Andre & Justyna's Wedding at the London Portuguese Club

  When choosing a DJ for our wedding on September 5th 2009, we understood how important it was to choose the right DJ to making an unforgettable wedding, and that was exactly what we had. We found AM Sounds Deejay after being referred to them by four different people, and after speaking to Adrian Peters we were not only excited but relieved that we finally found the right person. I am Polish, and my husband is Portuguese, so we had a variety of cultures, and age groups to entertain, and Adrian did a phenomenal job. The night of the wedding, he was not only an amazing DJ, but acted as our own personal wedding planner as well. He was overseeing the night, making sure that everything went smoothly, and fulfilled everything we asked of him, even when we asked him to keep the children quiet during speeches! He played a variety of music, kept the crowd dancing the entire night. His calm, caring, relaxed nature kept us at ease, and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day. Thank you Adrian for an unforgettable night, you did a great job!

Erin and Steve's Wedding at Sunningdale Golf & Country Club

Adrian was the DJ for my wedding on October 3 in London.

Music is really important to my husband and I, and Adrian exceeded our high expectations and hopes. We had a lot of music requests and specific songs to be played at certain times, and the night could not have gone any smoother! The dance floor was packed all night, and Adrian made sure he played all the music requests, even the really random stuff!

Adrian looked and acted like a true professional, start to finish. He came outside while I was waiting in the Limo with my bridal party to introduce himself and tell me that everything was ready to go. He played a wide range of music that kept everyone dancing, from oldies, fun 80's and 90's stuff, to the latest hits. My husband and I are still talking about how great he was! There were many special touches (my maid of honour mentioned a U2 concert we had gone to together, and after her speech he played a U2 song!!) - I would highly recommend Adrian and A&M for your wedding - don't look any further!!

My husband, Jess and I went with A & M Sounds for both our stag and doe and our wedding, just a couple of weeks ago at The Old Court House. Phil did a great job at the stag and doe and Adrian definitely helped in maintaining a fun, relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere for our guests and for us.

Our choice was an easy one...It was starting to become overwhelming, hearing from different companies who see you as another booking...When I met Adrian, he was extremely friendly, informed me of some issues that may arise due to the location of our venue, and offered his phone number to help our DJ, should we go with another company. From the time we booked, we felt comfortable with the choice and were extremely happy to have Adrian's support, suggestions and expertise.

We met with Adrian a couple of weeks before the wedding and he sat down with us to take our LONG list of guest song requests, hear what was important to us and to get a feel for the kind of atmosphere we were looking for. He definitely made the night about us and not about what he thought was best for us.

Adrian definitely went above and beyond to make everything extra great; During a speech, a song was mentioned and immediately following, he played a clip of the song...It's the little details that make it just that great! Throughout the night, he continued to help us feel relaxed and he really seems to always have a smile on his face and a kind word to say.

We've received so many compliments about the dinner music, the great song selections and the professionalism that Adrian showed, while still being exceptionally friendly with our guests. I would unhesitatingly recommend A & M Sounds to any of my friends or family. We're so happy with the way both the wedding and the stag and doe went; two celebrations in need of great music!

OPSEU, Local 159, St.Thomas Christmas Party

      Remember "starting with a song foundation gives you a better chance to  succeed"  I feel A&M sounds had plenty of get up and shake it music available when we hired them for our Christmas Party in November of 2009. Our members had a great time at the Wharf dancing to Adrian's picks. It was the perfect wedding of too much wine and the desire for a good time mixed with hit parade favourites, that had us all Ga Ga about the music , the dancing , the fun. I think our group succeeded here. Adrian of A&M had the good management to offer to M.C. most of the evening and made it flow- from gift distribution to the appeal of his gag prizes- " A box of steaks" , yeah right !! I would recommend this Disc Jockey Service as a hedge against being disappointed by others of lesser quality. As someone who has been to my fair share of weddings, I truly felt that the entertainment makes all the difference in a having a great night.       a backyard wedding

"We had a wonderful backyard wedding on July 22, 2006. Vince was our disc jockey and was part of the entire event. Vince had music playing while guests were arriving, during the ceremony and provided services for the MC and speeches too. Once the ceremony and dinner were done Vince played music from 7 PM until 1 am. Throughout that entire time the dance floor was never empty! We had an absolutely perfect party, and it even rained for the most of the day! We had a large wedding with approximately 250 people under one tent and throughout the whole night people were dancing. The song selection that Vince had chosen as well as the variety he provided was excellent. Our grandmas, parents, our parent’s friends, and our friends all commented on how great the music was and how much fun they had. I know people made song requests and had their choices played throughout the night as well. In addition Vince contributed to some comic relief as our family dog tried to steel some beef and Vince quickly provided background music of 'who let the dogs out'. I have to apologize because we did not even provide any direction as to what we wanted for music either and Vince still succeeded. We gave him one song that we wanted to hear for the ceremony and the rest was up to him! We had a great time and if asked what we would change if we were to do it again, our answer would be nothing! Everything was perfect and Vince along with A & M sounds helped make the night a huge success! Thanks Adrian and Vince for everything we truly had a great wedding."

"While planning our January 2008 wedding my sister gave us the greatest piece of advice: "Don't even bother looking around for a DJ, just hire Adrian". Adrian was the DJ at my sister's wedding in October 2005 and it was an amazingly fun party and we had danced the night away. That was exactly what we wanted for our wedding and it was even better than we could imagine! Adrian is great at playing what everyone wants to hear. Requests are always taken seriously and that makes a big difference to the guests attending the wedding. We have had many people comment on how wonderful the music was (including one of our bridesmaid who has already booked Adrian for her own wedding) and many of those comments were about how Adrian actually played the song they requested. There was never a lull in the music and the dance floor was bouncing for a straight five hours! Adrian was always one of the most professional "wedding professional" that we dealt with during the wedding planning stages. He had great advice on everything for the wedding and was easy to get along with and to make plans for the wedding with. We were more than comfortable to have the music - which was one of the most important things to us - left in his very capable hands! Thanks Adrian!"

A wedding at the Stone ridge Inn
"Our daughter recently was married. The wedding took place at the Stone ridge Inn just south of London. The reason I mention this is because the wedding ceremony and the reception both took place there. Adrian provided the music for the ceremony and the reception. Adrian's participation and performance was... in a word... super! My wife and I had never met or knew Adrian before we started planning for our daughter's wedding. We were referred to him by a couple different sources. As many people go through, you want your day to be special and have the guests enjoy it. And enjoy it they did! Ample time before the wedding allowed for us to choose the music for the different dances (father/daughter dance, etc.) and it all was done and timed great. The ceremony music was of our choosing and Adrian provided it or played music we had and asked to be played. The timing of the ceremony music was great. He assisted the bridesmaids and the bride and myself in the hallway prior to coming down the aisle to insure perfect timing. The reception music was of his choosing. The idea was to provide a fun crowd with some good 'get on the floor' dance music and have fun. Our guests all mentioned the fact that there were people on the dance floor from the first song to the last song of the night. Fast songs and slow songs blended together nicely and seemed seamless. The guests responded and participated. Our close friends made a point about telling us what a good time they had and our photographer commented 'I have been to a lot of weddings and Christmas parties... if he has them up already, you’re gonna have a great night'. But I think the best compliment came from the girl at the front desk the next morning when she said, 'Although there was another wedding here last night, you folks sounded like you were having a lot more fun'. A night to remember indeed. Would we use his services again?... absolutely!"

"When a couple is planning their wedding, they are told to expect a hiccup along the way. Ours was a big hiccup. In the confusion of our pre-wedding days, we forgot to hire a DJ. Less than 3 months before our wedding and we were frantically searching for a DJ available. Luck must have been on our side because we stumbled across Adrian from A & M Sounds. With very little organizational time and direction fro us, Adrian was able to turn a potential disaster into a memorable success. His professionalism and pleasant disposition were commendable.
